Our Clients

I'm James, - a physiotherapist with over 5 years experience in both hospital and private clinic settings, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and orthopaedics.
Before becoming a physio, I spent over a decade as personal trainer, helping people reach their fitness goals. But time and time again, I saw clients held back by recurring pain or undiagnosed imbalances. That's what led me to retrain - to not just help people move better, but to truly heal.
Today, I combine physiotherapy, personal training, and sports massage to create a completely bespoke treatment plan. I've helped many people get back to the activities they love - whether that's running, walking the dog without pain, or simply feeling confident in their body again.
My approach is always personal, practical, and focused on you - because real recovery starts with being seen, heard, and supported.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you cover my area?
I currently serve Loughton and surrounding postcodes within roughly a 15‑mile radius. If you’re just outside that zone, drop me a message—if I can’t reach you, I’ll happily recommend a trusted physio who can.
2. What happens during the first home visit?
We start with a full assessment: your history, goals, movement tests, and hands‑on examination. I’ll then treat any immediate issues (manual therapy, targeted exercise) and leave you with a bespoke plan—no generic PDFs. Expect 60 minutes of one‑to‑one care.
3. What do I need to prepare?
Just a small clear space (about the size of a yoga mat), comfortable clothing, and a chair or sofa for certain tests. I bring any necessary equipment—bands, massage tools, portable treatment table, etc.
4. How many sessions will I need?
The exact number depends on your injury, goals, and how consistently you follow the plan. We review progress each visit and never keep you on longer than needed.
5. What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Life happens—just give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel at no charge. Same‑day cancellations incur a 50 % fee so I can keep the diary fair for everyone else.
